Stranger Things Season 2: WATCH creepy trailer reveals a new hellish creature

During the Super Bowl this weekend, Netflix debuted a brand new trailer for their hit cult TV show, Stranger Things, getting us overly hyped for the second season, simply called Stranger Things 2. Yes, Stranger Things 2 warranted its own Super Bowl ad.

The teaser kicks off with an old advert showing two children fighting over Eggos - Eleven's (Millie Bobby Brown) favourite food.

Best friends Mike Wheeler (played by Finn Wolfhard), Dustin Henderson (Gaten Matarazzo) and Lucas Sinclair (Caleb McLaughlin) are seen once again darting around on their bicycles.

Back in July a year ago, Netflix debuted yet another groundbreaking web series in the form of "Stranger Things", the sci-fi, '80s-inspired series starring Winona Ryder and Millie Bobby Brown.

The residents of Hawkins, Indiana are set to battle an even bigger monster, based on the teaser for "Stranger Things" season 2.

Prior to discussing the release date of the show, everybody knows already that they have an approval for Season 2.

While Netflix is doing a job with keeping plot details about the second season under wraps, it appears to be much grittier and darker than the first season. The full show will arrive on Netflix this Halloween.

Stranger Things season two takes place a year after missing Will Byers was found. Fans can only wait and see what the creators have in mind for us. Nancy's (Natalia Dyer) BFF was captioned and killed by the Demogorgon in the early part of Stranger Things season 1.
